I have often been asked by the angels to use it within a six pointed star to cleanse and clear negativity. This is incredibly powerful for the six pointed star is the symbol of Atlantis.

Visiting Archangel or Master’s Retreats and portals in your spirit body during sleep.
When you sleep your spirit leaves your body. You can either let it wander into the mental or emotional realms where it may pick up other people’s lower energies. Or if you wish to use your time for higher spiritual growth, you can direct your spirit to the location you want it to visit. Before you go to sleep clearly give your spirit directions. You can do this silently or aloud. For example, if you wish to visit Archangel Gabriel’s retreat at Mount Shasta for purification, clarity or joy, think about Gabriel during the day. Look at one of his Orbs so that you absorb his energy, then when you put on protection and say your prayers when you go to sleep, firmly add that you wish to visit Archangel Gabriel’s retreat for clarity about a dilemma.
Or if you wish to have more divine feminine energy, you may look at the moon before you go to bed. Breathe it in. Admire it. Then before you go to sleep ask to visit the moon to draw in divine feminine energy.
Work with the twelve fifth dimensional chakras so that they are fully operational
