How to draw a labyrinth
A labyrinth is a special diagrammatical form which engages the right and left hemispheres of the brain and thereby assists spiritual awakening.
When you draw a labyrinth or trace its shape with your finger it helps to balance your right and left brain. This expands your potential and enhances your capabilities. It is especially good for children, enabling them to do better at school and develop their latent talents.
The priests of Atlantis developed the powerful and symbolic shape of the labyrinth and, as you walk it or trace it with your finger, you are symbolically travelling the sacred journey of your life. It is often confused with a maze, which is a puzzle, to solve by engaging the left brain. The labyrinth is a right brain meditative journey, which opens you up spiritually.
To make your own personal labyrinth use the grid illustrated and follow the instructions. Enjoy yourself and then trace the path with your kids and friends.
