Frequently Asked Questions

Due to the overwhelming questions we receive in relation to the Online Courses, please refer to the below questions and answers before emailing our support team.

I have paid for the course but I am yet to receive anything.
In order to receive the course you need to confirm your subscription to all 7 parts. You can do this by simply clicking on the link in the secondary email which will be sent to you. Please ensure you check your junk mail box if you do not receive it.

Please note that if you do not confirm your subscription you will be charged but will not receive the course.

 

I have confirmed my subscription but still haven't received my course.
Please firstly check your junk mail box, it could be due to your security and privacy settings, please ensure that your email account allows emails from Diana@dianacooper.com.

 

I have received the course but cannot view the video.
Please ensure that you download the email content- to do this, simply click ‘download’ in the header of the email.

 

Is the course available in a different language?
Unfortunately not, the course is only available in English at present.

 

Is there a certificate at the end of the course?
No, we wanted to keep costs as low as possible so the course is accessible to all.

 

Can the course be gifted?
Please email Melissa@dianacooper.com if you wish to gift the course to a friend. Please include the email address and name of the person you want the course to be sent to.

 

I don’t have Paypal, can I pay using a different method?
Due to the software we use we can only accept Paypal, although you do not have to be registered with Paypal, there is an option to ‘Pay by Card’.
